Circles of Healing (Thursday Grief & Loss Circle)

A safe spae .to honour love and loss, whether of a person, pet, job, home, health, or identity and to find healing together in community. This is offered over 6 weeks on a Thursday evening.

Healing circles are rooted in ancient tradition—communities gathering around a fire to share stories, listen deeply, and find strength together. As Catholics, we encourage restorative practices because they make room for the Holy Spirit to do its transformative work in the world. We see them as life-giving approaches that guide paths of renewed encounter. The circle process is one such practice.   These circles are not therapy, but intentional gatherings where participants experience accompaniment, belonging, and restoration, in community. Rooted in the tradition of sitting around a campfire, circles are more than conversation—they safe spaces for members to share what is on their hearts, foster self-reflection in a supported and structured, guided process.  We share popcorn style…
