Circles of Healing (Tuesday Wellness Circle)

A guided space to flourish in resilience, belonging, and authentic living, while building healthy relationships and navigating life's challenges with hope. This is offered over 6 weeks on a Tuesday evening.

Healing circles are rooted in ancient tradition—communities gathering around a fire to share stories, listen deeply, and find strength together. As Catholics, we encourage restorative practices because they make room for the Holy Spirit to do its transformative work in the world. We see them as life-giving approaches that guide paths of renewed encounter. The circle process is one such practice.   These circles are not therapy, but intentional gatherings where participants experience accompaniment, belonging, and restoration, in community.
