About the event
St Kizito Children’s Programme supports community-based responses to orphans and vulnerable children, including those affected by HIV/Aids, in order to meet their physical, emotional, intellectual, psychological and spiritual needs.
St Michael’s hosts an annual Christmas party every November for orphans and vulnerable children. Volunteers are encouraged to spend the morning preparing snacks, playing games with the children and spending quality time with them. Santa shoeboxes donated by the parish are given to each child. In addition, we collect and distribute Easter eggs for St Kizito children every Easter.
